Kayan Residential Complex

Integrated Residential Complex in 6th of October City – Giza, comprising 20 buildings with a total of 960 housing units of various sizes. The project scope included reinforced concrete structures, internal and external finishes, electromechanical works (HVAC and elevators), full infrastructure networks for water, sewage, and electricity, as well as internal roads, fencing, lighting poles, and overall site landscaping.
